The main material of Glass fiber air filter paper is glass fiber,which made by wet process. The product has uniform distribution and stable performance, good heat resistance and insulation,large dust capacity holding , high filtration efficiency and low resistance.

Features:
1.Excellent heat resistance. The maximum operating temperature of the surface chemically treated glass fiber filter is 280 degrees Celsius, which is very suitable for dust removal projects. So at present and for a period of time in the future, glass fiber is still an important high temperature filtration material.
2.High strength, low expansion rate. Its tensile strength is higher than that of other natural and synthetic fibers, and its elongation rate is only 2%-3%, which is enough to ensure that the filter bags with large aspect ratio designed and manufactured by it have sufficient tensile strength and dimensional stability.
3.Excellent corrosion resistance. At present, the common glass fiber produced in China is divided into two kinds: alkali free and medium alkali. Alkali-free E glass fiber is highly stable to water, wet air and weak alkali solution at room temperature, but it is not resistant to acid and alkali erosion with high solubility. Medium alkali fiber has good water resistance and acid resistance, therefore, it is necessary to select different components of glass fiber as filter material according to the properties of the introduction, in order to play a better effect.
Application:It widely used in micro-electronics, biology, husbandry, medicine, food, workshop and other clean air fields.
Packaging:
It is supplied in the form of coils. The inner packing is plastic bags and the outer packing is cartons.
